These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Lintbedrukken.nl and its customers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
An order is final upon receipt of full payment. Any changes to the order can only be made after payment in consultation and within a reasonable period.
Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
We aim to deliver orders within the agreed period. Delayed delivery does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation of the order, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Lintbedrukken.nl.
Since the products are custom-made, the right of withdrawal does not apply. This means personalized products cannot be returned.
Lintbedrukken.nl is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the delivered product. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
We guarantee the quality of our products as described. If a product is defective, the customer must report this within 14 days of receipt. After this period, any right to warranty expires.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
